Phaseview Alpha 3 Light Sheet Microscope
The Alpha3 is a light-sheet fluorescence microscopy system designed for high temporal and spatial resolution, enabling 3D imaging of fixed biological specimens. The system utilizes advanced optical sectioning technology, providing high-resolution, three-dimensional imaging of cellular structures and biological dynamics. The microscope is equipped with imaging mechanisms that allow for both qualitative and quantitative analysis of cellular processes such as cellular calcification and cell migration, as well as protein-protein interactions and gene expression at the cellular level. Furthermore, the system enables the analysis of tumor growth and spread and DNA repair processes, offering insights into fundamental biological mechanisms at the molecular level. The Alpha3's capability for high-speed, precise imaging allows researchers to capture quantitative data while maintaining high spatial resolution, providing a powerful tool for in-depth investigation of complex biological processes.
